FAQs
We recently upgraded our website to better showcase the beauty of our historic district and provide a place for timely neighborhood updates. The new Member Portal will feature information on upcoming Treadwell events, near real-time neighborhood alerts, and recommendations for trusted service providers. We strive to make this a valuable resource for our community, and therefore it will only be available to those that pay their membership dues. As a result, there is a new process to paying dues that involves creating a new account on the website. This will allow you to access the Member Portal, and maintain this resource as an exclusive benefit to those that financially contribute to the betterment of Treadwell Farm.
How do I pay dues?
If you have not already paid this year’s dues, please click here. You will be asked to create a new account (if you have one from prior years, it will not work as this is an upgraded system). You will fill out your first and last name, email address, and password. Then you will be taken to the payment page. Please include your Treadwell address (if applicable) when checking out.
Will I need to go through this process every time I pay my dues in the future?
Once you set up your account, you will not need to do so again. You will only need to submit payment again in future years.
How do I access the Member Portal once I pay?
If you are logged in to your account, you can access the Member Portal here. If you are not logged in, simply click Login at the top of the Homepage.
What types of updates will be on the website?
We envision that any useful neighborhood information will be featured on the Neighborhood News page. When applicable, this will include trash containment information, construction updates, ConEd updates, upcoming event details, and more.
What neighborhood recommendations will be available? How can I submit one?
In the Member Portal, you can use the navigation to get to the Neighborhood Recommendation page. We hope to build a resource list specific to our community with trusted service providers your neighbors recommend. This will include housekeepers, handymen, dry cleaners, contractors, etc. We will expand this to include as many categories as helpful. If you’d like to submit a recommendation, please click here for the form.
